Situated on Namibia’s wild and hauntingly beautiful Skeleton Coast, this unique lodge makes its home amidst the region’s rolling sand dunes and mysterious shipwrecks. The ultimate base for an array of desert adventures.

Each of the lodge’s striking, solar-powered chalets have been designed to mimic the shipwrecks dramatically strewn along Namibia’s Atlantic coast.

Step inside, however, and you’ll be welcomed by modern, well-appointed interiors with ensuite bathrooms and cosy, wood-burning stoves. At the heart of the lodge lies the attractive lounge and restaurant, complete with wraparound deck where you can take in views that stretch out towards the shimmering ocean.

The only property within the Skeleton Coast National Park, you can be sure of an exclusive experience. Game drives will bring you encounters with an array of fascinating desert-adapted wildlife, including elephants, giraffe, lions, baboons and the occasional brown hyena. Also on offer are 4×4 excursions to the eerie shipwrecks of Suiderkus and Karimona, the seal colony at Mowe Bay and the remarkable Clay Castles geological formation. And what better way to end the day than with a sundowner in the dune fields, watching the sunset over the shimmering golden sands.
