Impala can be found in large numbers, whilst lion, leopard, buffalo, zebra and waterbuck sightings are all common. The wealth of bird life along the riverbanks makes it an excellent destination for avid birders, with colonies of dazzling carmine bee-eaters and flocks of quelea.
