alfresco restaurants and artists’ studios to discover in between coastal walks and pampering spa treatments. The hotel has its own fleet of Mini Mokes which are perfect for exploring the island in.

The bright and sunny suites are understated in style and luxuriously appointed with soft Italian linens, day beds and throws to ensure utmost comfort. Each offers panoramic views of the bay and the gulf from a private deck. The three ‘Boatsheds’ are reminiscent of seaside cottages with their louvered shutters and teak sun loungers, whilst the Owner’s Cottage comes with a full kitchen and heated pool.

Dining consists of Mediterranean-style cuisine prepared using fresh, organic produce – some from the onsite gardens – accompanied by New Zealand wines and served in a relaxed, al fresco setting.
